Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you respect both your time and ours. A $45 no-show fee applies to missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time. This fee must be paid before a new appointment can be booked. Please note that arriving 20 minutes or more late will be considered a no-show, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
