Your Training Includes: ✨ Private one-on-one training with Mirela ✨ Comprehensive lash training manual with step-by-step education, product knowledge, troubleshooting, and professional tips ✨ Hands-on mannequin practice and guided technique training ✨ Live model application with one-on-one instruction and support, model is provided by us ✨ Option to bring your first client/model back to the studio within 30 days for additional hands-on guidance ✨ 90 days of continued support for questions, troubleshooting, and guidance as you begin your lash journey ✨ Training in both LED and traditional lash application methods What You'll Learn: ✨ Classic, Hybrid & Volume lash techniques ✨ LED lash method and traditional adhesive application ✨ Lash styling, mapping, isolation, placement, and proper attachment ✨ Natural lash health and safe application practices ✨ Sanitation and workstation setup ✨ Adhesive and product knowledge ✨ Lash removal, fills, retention, and troubleshooting ✨ Client consultations, consent forms, aftercare, and policies ✨ Pricing, marketing, client retention, and building your lash business ✨ Professional tips and techniques learned through real-world lash experience Training is hands-on and designed to help you understand not only how to apply lashes, but how to confidently work with real clients after class.
